Support
Email datebotapp@gmail.com and a real person will read it. The answers below cover most of what people write in about.
Report a bad answer
Tell us what you asked and what DateBot said. If you can, say what a good answer would have been. That is the most useful thing you can send us, and it is how DateBot gets better at the situations that matter.
Restore a purchase
Open Settings inside DateBot and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple account for an active subscription, which is what you need after reinstalling the app or signing in on a new iPhone. Purchases restore to the Apple ID that bought them.
Cancel a subscription
DateBot Plus is billed through Apple, so it is cancelled through Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose DateBot, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Deleting your DateBot account does not cancel it either. Cancel through Apple.
Delete your account
Open Settings inside DateBot and choose Delete Account. You are signed out everywhere immediately, your sessions end, and the account can no longer be used.
Your deletion request is then recorded and handled through a reviewed process. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for your information.
If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will help you with the request.
Privacy requests
Email datebotapp@gmail.com to ask for access to your information, a correction, or deletion.
You can also use this address if your information appears in someone else’s conversation and you are not a DateBot user. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Anything else
Email datebotapp@gmail.com for billing questions, bugs, feature requests, or to tell us we got something wrong.
